THE MICRODOSE SERIES (PELVIC FLOOR) program is a 4 week SERIES that incorporates ways to connect to your pelvic floor via awareness exercises, conditioning drills, and gentle movement.
EXPLORING THIS SERIES OFFERS STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE MORE INTENTIONALLY IN FROM YOUR PELVIC FLOOR. IF YOU'VE EVER WANTED TO CONNECT TO YOUR BREATH, OR JUST CULTIVATE THE CAPACITY TO ARTICULATE WITH MORE INTENTION, THIS PROGRAM MIGHT BE FOR YOU.
