THE INNER SENSE program is a 4 week SERIES that incorporates ways to connect to your body via awareness exercises, conditioning drills, and explorative movement.
EXPLORING THIS SERIES OFFERS STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE MORE INTENTIONALLY IN YOUR MOVEMENT PRACTICE. IF YOU'VE EVER WANTED TO REFINE YOUR ABILITY TO CONNECT TO YOUR BODY, OR JUST CULTIVATE THE CAPACITY TO DANCE WITH MORE INTENTION, THIS PROGRAM MIGHT BE FOR YOU.
