THE MICRODOSE SERIES (WEIGHT TRANSFERS) program is a 4 week SERIES that incorporates ways to improve your awareness of weight transfers via awareness exercises, conditioning drills, and gentle movement.
EXPLORING THIS SERIES OFFERS STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE INTENTIONALLY IN HOW YOU DISTRIBUTE WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION . IF YOU'VE EVER WANTED TO STABILIZE FULLY WHEN YOU DANCE, OR JUST CULTIVATE THE CAPACITY TO EXPLORE PATHWAYS WITH MORE INTENTION, THIS PROGRAM MIGHT BE FOR YOU.
